Refund policy

 

We offer refunds on returned, unused products and are happy to accommodate exchanges on a case by case basis.

 

Returns are limited to orders within the last 30 days. Orders can be cancelled and refunded any time before shipping. Some restrictions apply. 

 

If your order has shipped, it must be returned, unopened, as described above to be eligible for a refund. 

 

Bulk orders and special orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
